A league source says the Portland Trail Blazers will send guard Martell Webster to the Minnesota Timberwolves for the rights to forward Luke Babbitt and veteran forward Ryan Gomes. The move will save Portland some money if they wind up waving Gomes by July 1. His contract is only guaranteed for $1 million if he is waived before then.
